Although Pentagon always offers support throughout the implementation phase of a solution, many clients find that they require on-going support during handover and training phases until their own resources acquire the knowledge to support the new environment and the associated processes.
Our resources can support this phase with structured training and support until the client’s personnel are well placed to manage the new environment. At the end of any project, we leave our client with optimised business processes and technology, but most importantly, we perform a full knowledge transfer and handover.
